摘要
文章以长三角大件运输协同监管问题的研究为题,通过对大件运输的定义、分类、特点及长三角地区大件运输的发展现状和存在的问题进行介绍和归纳,论证了长三角地区大件运输协同监管的必要性和可行性。最后,通过对国内大件运输协同监管的实践总结,提出了加强大件运输的人才队伍建设、强化现场核查和材料审核等环节、推动大件运输标准化建设、建立协同监管机制等针对性建议。
This paper focuses on the research of the coordination supervision issues of large cargo transportation in the Yangtze River Delta.Through the introduction and generalization of the definition,classification,characteristics,and development status of large cargo transportation in the Yangtze River Delta,as well as the existing problems,this paper argues the necessity and feasibility of large cargo transportation coordination supervision in the Yangtze River Delta.Finally,through the summary of the practical experience of large cargo transportation coordination supervision in China,the paper proposes specific suggestions such as strengthening the construction of large cargo transportation personnel training,strengthening the aspects of site verification and material review,and promoting the construction of large cargo transportation standardization and the establishment of coordination supervision mechanisms.
