MRI诊断限制表型肥厚型心肌病1例

A case report of restrictive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy diagnosed by MRI

摘要 限制性表型为肥厚型心肌病(HCM)中一少见亚型,不易诊断且预后不良。该文报道1例14岁女童,临床症状、体征及实验室检查均无特异性,心脏磁共振成像(CMR)诊断为肥厚型心肌病伴限制性表型,经心肌病理学检查确诊。
