摘要
为提高LNG低温工艺管道安装质量,保障低温储运系统的安全运行,通过对低温管道布置、管道选材与焊接、阀门与低温管托安装、管道保冷等施工节点的质量控制要素分析,总结出了保证安装质量的方法,包括管材宜选用双证奥氏体不锈钢、控制熔敷金属的铁素体含量小于5%、采用卡箍式低温管托结构、预冷试验检查保冷效果等方法。经工程实例应用表明,控制好各施工节点的质量要素可以保证低温管道安装质量,为同类型管道的安装提供了技术参考。
In order to improve the installation quality of LNG low-temperature process pipelines and ensure the safe operation of low-temperature storage and transportation systems,through the analysis of the quality control elements of construction nodes such as low-temperature pipeline layout,pipeline material selection and welding,valve and low-temperature pipe support installation,pipeline cold insulation,etc.The methods to ensure the installation quality are summarized,including the use of double-certified austenitic stainless steel for pipes,the control of the ferrite content of the deposited metal to be less than 5%,the use of a clamp-type low-temperature tube support structure,and the pre-cooling test to check the cooling effect.The application of engineering examples shows that controlling the quality elements of each construction node can ensure the installation quality of low-temperature pipelines,and provides a technical reference for the installation of the same type of pipelines.
