分层围岩体大断面切眼开挖支护方案研究

摘要 毛则渠矿2#煤层开切眼面临大跨度分层围岩体支护难题,以211综采工作面开切眼为工程背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟、矿压监测等手段,对其支护参数及开挖方案进行研究。结果表明:开切眼时一次开挖支护5 m宽巷道,帮部二次扩刷深度2.6 m,小断面支护有利于围岩稳定,采用锚网索联合支护与小断面分次开挖方式大断面开切眼是成功的。 The 2#coal seam opening and cutting hole in Maozequ Mine faces the difficult problem of supporting large-span layered surrounding rock mass.Taking the 211 fully mechanized mining face opening and cutting hole as the engineering background,the support parameters and excavation scheme are studied through theoretical calculation,numerical simulation,mine pressure monitoring and other means.The results show that during the opening and cutting hole,a 5 m wide roadway is excavated and supported in one excavation,and the depth of the secondary brush expansion of the side part is 2.6 m.Small cross section support is beneficial for the stability of the surrounding rock.The use of anchor mesh cable combined support and small cross section gradation excavation method for large cross section opening and cutting hole is successful.
