思维导图在临床超声科实习带教中的价值

摘要 目的探究分析思维导图在临床超声科实习带教中的价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院接收的60名超声科实习生为研究对象。其中2021年1—12月的30名实习生作为对照组,2022年1—12月的30名实习生作为观察组。对照组采用常规带教模式进行干预;观察组在对照组的基础上采用思维导图的带教模式进行干预。对比两组的理论知识成绩、实际操作成绩、综合能力以及教学质量。结果经带教干预后,观察组在理论知识成绩、实际操作成绩、综合能力以及教学质量方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对超声科实习生进行带教的过程中,合理应用思维导图对实现生进行干预,能够有效改善超声科实习生的理论知识成绩、实际操作成绩、综合能力,同时能够显著改善教学质量。 Objective To explore the value of analytical mind map in clinical ultrasound practice teaching.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,60 ultrasound interns received by the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 interns from January to December 2021 were used as the control group,and 30 interns from January to December 2022 were used as the observation group.The control group was intervened by conventional teaching mode;the observation group was intervened by the teaching mode of mind mapping on the basis of the control group.The theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation scores,comprehensive ability and teaching quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the teaching intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,comprehensive ability and teaching quality,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of teaching interns in the department of ultrasound,the rational application of mind mapping to intervene in the realization of students can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge,practical operation and comprehensive ability of interns in the department of ultrasound,and at the same time can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
