环评工作更为重要的是基层人员所收集的资料,这些资料是环评工作的基础,在开展环评工作过程中开展“放管服”能够缩短评估时间,简化流程等。主要针对化工环评项目在“放管服”之下如何做好评估进行探讨。
The EIA work is more important is the data collected by grassroots staff,which is the basis of EIA work.In the process of EIA work,carrying out the"release management service"can shorten the assessment time,simplify the process,etc.This paper discusses how to do a good assessment under the"release management service"of chemical EIA project.
