摘要
矿用边缘控制技术是针对“云-边-端”协同架构而提出的一种以数据网关,多源计算,协同处理为一体的区域控制技术。将环境瓦斯、水、火、顶板、粉尘等灾害信息并发采集,快速分区存储于边缘控制中心。利用高性能强算力边缘处理器,并结合边缘控制策略实现环境监控、人员定位、应急广播、显示终端、供电装置等多个系统的井下融合联动控制,形成以巷道为边的井下区域监测监控。研制的边缘控制装备具有人工决策的可编辑边缘控制逻辑,实现了监测监控装备与人的新管控模式。实验证明,边缘控制装备可根据编辑控制策略及时地向关联人员、供电和广播等设备发送环境异常信息。
The mining edge control technology is a regional control technology that integrates data gateway,multiple source computing and collaborative processing,proposed for the“cloud-edge-terminal”collaborative architecture.Collect environmental gas,water,fire,roof,dust and other disaster information concurrently,and quickly store it in the edge control center.Using high-performance and strong computing power edge processors,combined with edge control strategies,it realizes the underground integration and linkage control of multiple systems of environmental monitoring,personnel positioning,emergency broadcasting,display terminals,and power supply devices,forming monitoring and monitoring of underground areas with roadways as the edge.The developed edge control equipment has editable edge control logic for manual decision-making,and realizes a new control mode for monitoring equipment and people.Experiments show that the edge control equipment can timely send environmental abnormality information to related personnel,power supply and broadcasting equipment according to the editing control strategy.
