摘要
为对桂西地区地中海贫血症防治的科学决策提供数据支持,本研究调查了桂西地区大学生对地中海贫血症的认知现状及影响因素。调查发现,男大学生对地中海贫血症的认知情况较差,且认为身边相关宣传工作非常不到位的人数明显多于女大学生;认为身边地中海贫血症宣传工作非常不到位的大学生中,20~25岁年龄组人数明显少于15~20岁年龄组人数;医学类专业大学生对地中海贫血症的认知程度更高,非医学类专业大学生的认知程度明显不足。学校及相关部门应采取有效的教学及宣传措施,进一步加强对男大学生及非医学类专业学生的宣教工作。
In order to provide data support for scientific decision⁃making of thalassemia prevention and control in Western Guangxi,the study investigates cognition status and influencing factors of thalassemia among college students in Western Guangxi.It is found that the cognition of male college students on thalassemia is poor,and the number of students who think that the relevant publicity work is very inadequate is significantly more than female college students.Among the college students who think that the thalassemia publicity work around them is very inadequate,the number of students in the 20~25 age group is significantly smaller than that in the 15~20 age group.Medical college students have a higher cognition of thalassemia,while non⁃medical college students have a lower cognition.It is necessary to further strengthen the publicity and education of male college students and non⁃medical students.So it is suggested that schools and relevant departments should take effective teaching and publicity measures.
