摘要
本文聚焦我国应用型高校科教融合育人的开展情况,构建了育人目标、育人形式、动力机制、保障机制四个维度的分析框架。选取两所案例学校开展调查研究,发现科教融合育人目标均有不同程度的实现,但尚未清晰聚焦;科教融合育人形式普遍开展,但缺乏系统性;科教融合育人动力机制逐渐形成,但尚未形成合力;科教融合育人保障机制正在逐步探索,但覆盖面较小。对此,应用型高校应统一认识,加强顶层设计,充分发挥产业学院建设的优势;建立跨学院跨学科平台,充分发挥教师发展中心的功能;建立激励机制和考评机制,鼓励促进科教融合育人广泛深入开展。
This article explores the science-education integration in applied universities in China,and proposes an analytical framework of four dimensions:education goals,education forms,motivations and safeguarding.From the case studies,it is found that the aim of science-education integration for education purpose has been achieved to varying degrees,but it lacks in a clear focus;the integration is widely accepted,but is not systematic;the driving force mechanism for the integration is gradually taking shape,but has not yet produced a joint force;the mechanism for ensuring the integration is gradually being explored,but its coverage is relatively small.In this regard,applied universities should have a unified understanding,strengthen their top-level design,fully leverage the industrial college construction,establish cross disciplinary platforms,fully utilize teacher development centers,establish incentive and evaluation mechanisms,and encourage in-depth science-education integration.
