摘要
为了解鄱阳湖碟形湖浮游植物结构特征与水质健康状况,于2021年3月对鄱阳湖8个碟形湖采集水样,分析鄱阳湖的水质和浮游植物群落结构,并对浮游植物进行功能群划分。研究区域内共检出6门35种浮游植物,优势种为鱼腥藻(Anabaena spp.)和栅藻(Scenedesmus spp.)。研究区浮游植物可划分为17个功能群,其中A、D、J、MP、N、P、X1、X2和X3功能群出现频率较高,MP为优势功能群。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,ORP、TDS、pH值、DO和NO 3-N是影响鄱阳湖碟形湖浮游植物群落结构的关键环境因子。基于传统综合营养状态指数法得出,各碟形湖TLI(∑)介于3~39.8之间,平均值为17,说明碟形湖水质整体为贫营养状态;基于浮游植物功能群计算Q指数得出,各碟形湖生态指数值介于1.24~4.44之间,平均值为3.79,说明鄱阳湖碟形湖水生态状况整体处于“好”状态。
In order to understand the structural characteristics of phytoplankton and the health status of water quality in the dish-shaped lakes in Poyang Lake,water samples were collected from eight dish-shaped lakes in Poyang Lake in March 2021 to analyze the water quality and phytoplankton community structure of Poyang Lake,and to divide phytoplankton into functional groups.The results show that a total of 35 species belonging to 6 phyla were detected in the study area,and the dominant species were the Anabaena spp and Scenedesmus sp.Phytoplankton in the research area can be divided into 17 functional groups.The functional groups in A,D,J,MP,N,P,X1,X2,and X3 appear frequently.Among them,MP is an advantageous functional group.The analysis of the PEARSON correlation shows that ORP,TDS,pH value,DO,and NO 3-N are key environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton community structure in the dish-shaped lakes in Poyang Lake.Based on the traditional comprehensive nutritional status index method,each dish-shaped lake TLI(∑)is between 3 and 39.8,with an average value of 17,indicating that the overall water quality of the dish-shaped lake is in a state of poor nutrition;The ecological index value of each dish-shaped lake is between 1.24 and 4.44,with an average value of 3.79,indicating that the ecological condition of dish-shaped lakes in Poyang Lake was in a“good”state.
