摘要
目前,我国铁路在机车整备场和动车运用所出入线咽喉处广泛建设了检测棚。围绕机车车辆走行部关键部件尺寸测量、裂纹探伤,车体外观监视,受电弓及车顶状态动态检测等关键项点,建设多种专用设备。通过对国内外机车车辆出入库检测设备应用现状的广泛调研,梳理北美、欧洲、日本以及我国相关检测设备的技术原理、监测对象和应用情况,针对我国机车车辆出入库检测技术应用提出设备发展建议。
At present,inspection sheds have been widely built at the throat of transfer tracks in locomotive servicing yards and EMU depots in Chinese railways.A variety of special equipment will be developed targeting such items as dimensional measurement and crack detection of key components of rolling stock running gear,carbody appearance monitoring,and dynamic inspection of pantograph and roof status.Through extensive investigation on the application status of in/ex-workshop inspection equipment of rolling stock at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the technical principles,monitoring objects and applications of relevant inspection equipment in North America,Europe,Japan and China,and puts forward suggestions for equipment development according to the current situation and application requirements of in/ex-workshop inspection technology of rolling stock in China.
