承载C2列控系统的境外铁路无线通信系统技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 近年来中国铁路“走出去”建设项目越来越多,但项目所在国家的GSM-R 900 MHz频段大多已被当地运营商占用,清频成本极为昂贵。在“一带一路”境外铁路建设背景下,针对LTE-M、TETRA、数字无线列调等铁路常用无线通信技术,对工作频段、业务需求及功能、设备制造及应用情况、速度适应能力等方面进行分析,提出境外铁路在满足承载CTCS-2级列控系统以及其他铁路业务前提下,可以采用的铁路无线通信系统推荐方案,为中国铁路无线通信技术标准的国际化应用提供重要参考。 In recent years,as the number of China railway’s Go-Global construction projects increases,the problem of most GSM-R 900 MHz frequency band in the project country being occupied by local operators and expensive spectrum clearing costs has emerged.In the context of overseas railway construction under the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper analyzes common radio communication technologies such as LTE-M,TETRA and digital radio train dispatching in terms of working frequency band,business requirements and functions,equipment manufacturing and application,speed adaptability,etc.and proposes recommended schemes for railway radio communication systems that can be adopted by overseas railways on the premise of carrying CTCS-2 train control system and other railway services.It provides an important reference for the international application of China railway radio communication technical standards.
