高速乏油全陶瓷角接触球轴承振动与噪声实验研究

Experimental Study on the Vibration and Radiation Noise of Full Ceramic Angle Contact Ball Bearings Operating at High Speeds with Starved Lubrication

摘要 设计高速乏油运转实验,研究高速乏油全陶瓷球轴承在不同高转速、轴向载荷及径向载荷作用下服役时的振动与辐射噪声特性。利用改进的轴承振动测试机测试全陶瓷角接触球轴承在乏油运转状态下的振动速度与辐射噪声声压级,探究高转速、轴向载荷与径向载荷对其振动和辐射噪声的影响规律。提出以声场指向方位角与指向水平参量来表征声场指向性。实验结果表明,转速的提升、轴向载荷的增加以及径向载荷的变大,均使高速乏油全陶瓷角接触球轴承的振动速度与噪声声压级增大,且噪声在圆周方向呈非均匀分布。随转速或径向载荷增加,辐射噪声在圆周方向非线性、不均匀增加,使声压级变化量逐渐增大,导致声场指向性变得更加明显。随轴向载荷增加,圆周方向声压级变化量先增大后减小,使声场指向水平发生相应变化。研究表明振动速度与辐射噪声呈正相关关系,明确了声场随转速、轴向载荷、径向载荷的变化规律,可为高速乏油运转条件下全陶瓷球轴承设计、噪声控制提供相关依据。 The vibration and radiation noise characteristics of full ceramic angular contact ball bearing with starved lubrication under different high speeds,axial loads and radial loads were studied.The vibration velocity and sound pressure of the ball bearing under the condition of oil shortage operation were measured by the improved bearing vibration testing machine.The influence rules of the high speed,axial load and radial load on the vibration and radiation noise were explored.The directional azimuth parameter and directivity level parameter were proposed to characterize the directivity of sound field.The experimental results show that the vibration velocity and sound pressure level of the ball bearing increase with the increase of speed,axial load and radial load.The radiation noises are unevenly distributed in the circumferential direction.With the increase of speed or radial load,the radiation noise increases nonlinearly and unevenly in the circumferential direction,which gradually increases the variation value of sound pressure level,resulting in more obvious directivity of sound field.With the increase of axial load,the variation value of sound pressure level in circumferential direction increases first and then decreases,so that the sound field directivity level changes accordingly.The research indicates that vibration velocity and radiation noise are in positive correlation.The variation rules of sound field with parameters is clarified.This study has provided a relevant basis for the design and noise control of full ceramic ball bearings under the condition of highspeed oil shortage operation.
