摘要
目的:探讨以提升人文关怀能力为导向的教学模式在护理学导论教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我校2021级和2022级护理学本科专业学生作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用基于雨课堂智慧教学工具的教学模式,观察组在对照组的基础上增加了以提升人文关怀能力为导向的教学模式,比较2组学生关怀能力、学习成绩,并调查学生对教学模式的评价。结果:采用以提升人文关怀能力为导向的教学模式后,观察组的关怀能力总分及认知、勇气、耐心维度得分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),学习成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),学生对教学模式评价良好。结论:以提升人文关怀能力为导向的护理学导论教学模式能有效提高护生的人文关怀能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the teaching mode guided by improving humanistic care ability in the teaching of introduction to nursing.Methods:Undergraduate nursing students of grade 2021 and 2022 in our university were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received the teaching mode based on the intelligent teaching tools in the rain classroom.On the basis of the control group,the observation group also received humanistic care ability oriented teaching mode.The caring ability and academic performance between the two groups were compared,and the evaluation of the teaching mode was investigated.Result:There were significant differences in the total score of caring ability and the scores of cognition,courage and patience between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in academic achievement(P>0.05).And the students had a good evaluation of the teaching mode.Conclusion:The teaching mode of introduction to nursing guided by the promotion of humanistic care ability can effectively improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students.
