摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术联合聚焦超声治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)合并鼻中隔偏曲患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年12月锦州医科大学湖北医药学院附属襄阳市第一人民医院研究生培养基地收治的PAR合并鼻中隔偏曲患者181例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=93)与对照组(n=88)。观察组行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术联合聚焦超声治疗,对照组行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后12个月,观察组症状、体征积分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组糖精清除时间均短于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声联合鼻中隔矫正术治疗PAR合并鼻中隔偏曲的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状与鼻黏液纤毛传输功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR)with nasal septum deviation.Methods:A total of 181 PAR patients with nasal septum deviation admitted to Postgraduate training base of Xiangyang No.1 People's Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=88)and observation group(n=93)according to random number table method.The observation group received nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope combined with focused ultrasound,and the control group received nasal septum correction under nasal endoscope.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results:At 12 months after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the saccharin clearance time in the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused ultrasound combined with nasal septal correction has a significant effect in the treatment of PAR with nasal septal deviation,which can improve the clinical symptoms and nasal mucociliary transport function.
