摘要
目的探讨近年荜茇明碱抗乳腺癌活性与机制研究进展,为其在乳腺癌中基础研究及临床应用提供新思路。方法以“荜茇明碱”“荜茇酰胺”“乳腺癌”“抗肿瘤”“Piplartine”“Piperlongumine”“Breast cancer”“Antitumor”等为关键词,在中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、谷歌学术、PubMed等数据库中查询2013年1—6月发表的相关文献。结果荜茇明碱可通过上调乳腺癌细胞内ROS水平,介导乳腺癌多个重要的细胞通路及调控因子表达,发挥其促进乳腺癌细胞死亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制上皮-间质转化(EMT)、抑制血管生成,以及乳腺癌放化疗增效减毒活性。结论荜茇明碱对乳腺癌具有多重特异性杀伤及抑制作用,是一个值得深入研究的抗肿瘤中药单体。
Objective The recent advance in anti-breast cancer of Piplartine was summarized to provide a new avenue for its basic research and clinical application in breast cancer.Methods The keywords“Piplartine”“Piperlongumine”“Breast cancer”“Antitumor”were used to retrieve the relevant literature published in the databases of China Knowledge Network,Vipul.com,Wanfang Database,Google Scholar and PubMed from January 2013 to June 2023.Results PL mediates the expression of several important cell pathways and regulatory factors in breast cancer via elevating the level of intracellular ROS I n breast cancer cells,and then promotes cell death of breast cancer,blocks cell cycle,suppresses epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),inhibits angiogenesis,and potentiates the chemoradiotherapy with concomitant toxicity-reduction.Conclusion Piplartine possesses multiple specific killing and inhibitory efficacy in breast cancer,being worthy of further study in the future.
