摘要
江苏某化工园区污水厂主要收集园区精细化工、医药、农药、染料中间体和生物化工制品等企业的工业废水,提标改造工程设计规模为2.0万m^(3)/d,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。通过测定微生物OUR呼吸速率对进水进行分析,实现进水毒性废水单独收集并进行臭氧高级氧化预处理,可提高生化系统的运行稳定性。生化系统采用MBR工艺,并根据来水特点设计为多模式运行,深度处理采用活性炭吸附工艺,可有效降低出水污染物浓度,保证出水达标。工程吨水投资2 950元/m^(3),新增水处理成本为4.03元/m^(3)。
The wastewater treatment plant of a chemical industrial park in Jiangsu province mainly collects industrial wastewater from enterprises of the fine chemical industry,medicine,pesticide,dye intermediates and bio-chemical products in the park.The capacity of the upgrading project is 20000 m^(3)/d,and the effluent meets the First-class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).The toxic wastewater from the influent can be collected separately according to the Oxygen Uptake Rate and treated by combing the advanced Ozone oxidation pretreatment,which can improve the operation stability of the biochemical system.The biochemical system adopts the MBR process,which was designed to operate in multiple modes according to the characteristics of the influent.The advanced treatment adopts an activated carbon adsorption process,which can effectively reduce the effluent pollutant concentration and ensure the effluent reaches the standard.The investment of the project is 2950 yuan/m^(3),the cost is increased by 4.03 yuan/m^(3).
