Synthesis and Performance Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitor for Completion Fluid

摘要 为了解决油气资源开发过程中出现金属设备的腐蚀难题,基于曼尼希反应和季铵化反应制备一种新型的缓蚀剂ZF-1,并采用静态失重法、电化学以及分子动力学模拟对其性能进行评价。实验数据表明:随着ZF-1含量的增加,N80钢的腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)逐渐减小,对N80钢的阳极反应和阴极反应均表现出抑制效果,且属于阴极控制型缓蚀剂。2.0%(质量分数,下同)缓蚀剂在5%盐酸溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀率大于98%,表现出良好的抗温抗酸性能。分子模拟分析可知ZF-1分子自发地从初始三维构型转变为平面构型,提高了ZF-1分子覆盖金属表面的能力,从而起到保护金属的作用。另外,含有缓蚀剂ZF-1的完井液的浊度值小于2.0 NTU,且无沉淀,表明缓蚀剂ZF-1与完井液具有良好的配伍性能。 In order to solve the corrosion problem of metal equipment during the development of oil and gas resources,a novel corrosion inhibitor ZF-1 was prepared based on Mannichreaction and quaternization reaction.The performance of ZF-1 was evaluated by static weight loss method,electrochemical and molecular dynamics simulation.The experimental data showed that with the increase of ZF-1 content,the corrosion current density(lcor)of N80 steel decreased gradually,which couldinhibit the anode reaction and cathode reaction of N80 steel,and belonged to the cathode controlled corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion inhibition rate of N80 steel was greater than 98% in 5%hydrochloric acid solution,showing good temperature and acid resistance.Molecular simulation analysis showed that ZF-1 molecule spontaneously changed from the initial three-dimensional configuration to the planar configuration,which improved the ability of zF-1 molecule to cover the metal surface,and thus played a role in protecting the metal.In addition,the turbidity value of the completion fluid containing the inhibitor ZF-1 was less than 2.0 NTU and there was no precipitation,indicating that the inhibitor ZF-1 had good compatibility with the completion fluid.
