摘要
本研究建立了一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中3种大麻素含量的方法。样品通过甲醇或乙腈饱和的正己烷/正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,固相萃取净化,以C18色谱柱分离,经二极管阵列检测器测定,外标法定量。结果显示,该方法在0.1~5.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性相关系数(r^(2))均大于0.9994,方法定量限为5 mg/kg。对不同基质进行1倍、2倍和10倍定量限3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,3种大麻素的回收率为86.4%~108.0%,相对标准偏差不超过4.83%(n=6)。结果表明,该方法操作方便、灵敏度高、检测速度快、适用性强,可作为化妆品中大麻素含量的快速定量分析方法。
A solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of three cannabinoids in cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted with methanol or acetonitrile saturated n-hexane/n-hexane saturated acetonitrile,puriffed by solid phase extraction,separated by a C18 chromatography column,and determined by a diode array detector with quantiffcation by an external standard method.The results showed that the method had a linear correlation coefficient(r^(2))greater than 0.9994 in the concentration range of 0.1-5.0 mg/L,and the quantitative limit was 5 mg/kg.Spiked recovery tests at three concentration levels with the limit of quantiffcation of 1,2,and 10 times were performed on different matrices.The recoveries of three cannabinoids were 86.4%-108.0%,and the relative standard deviation was no more than 4.83%(n=6).This method is easy to operate,has high sensitivity,fast detection speed,strong applicability,and can be used as a rapid quantitative analysis method for the content of cannabinoids in cosmetics.
