摘要
目的收集并整理1999年—2022年国内相关文献,梳理住院医师医德教育培养领域的发展脉络、研究热点和前沿,以期促进该领域研究的更快发展。方法数据来源于知网数据库,检索关键词为行业素质、职业素质、职业道德、职业素养、医德、人文素质、人文素养、住院医师和规培医师,检索入口为主题,通过CiteSpace进行可视化分析。结果共纳入531篇文章,年发文量在2013年后迅速上升,作者发文量不符合洛特卡定律所推算的理论人数,北京协和医院发文量多,载文量20篇以上的期刊均为医学教育期刊。研究热点关键词有教育、人文素养、医患沟通和胜任力等。结论住院医师医德教育培养领域关注度较高,暂时没有形成稳定的作者群体,不同作者和机构缺乏合作,学术水平有待提高。今后研究重点集中于医德内涵、住院医师医德现状、住院医师医德教育模式及评价体系、住院医师医德教育及评价实践。
Objective Through collecting and organizing relevant domestic literature from 1999 to 2022,the development lineage,research hotspots and frontiers of medical ethics education and training of residents were sorted out,in order to promote faster development of research in this field.Methods The data were obtained from the database of CNKI.The key words included industry quality,professional quality,professional ethics,medical ethics,humanistic quality,humanistic literacy and residents,and the search portal was the topic.The visual analysis was conducted by CiteSpace.Results There were 531 articles in total,and the annual number of articles published increased rapidly after 2013.Morever,the number of articles published by authors did not conform to the theoretical number projected by Lotka's law.Besides,Peking Union Medical College Hospital published a large number of articles.Furthermore,the key words of the research hotspots were"education""humanism""doctor-patient communication""competence",etc.Conclusion The field of medical ethics education and training of resident physicians is of high concern,but a stable group of authors has not been formed for the time being,different authors and institutions lack cooperation,and the academic level needs to be improved.Future research will focus on the connotation of medical ethics,the current situation of medical ethics of residents,the medical ethics education mode and evaluation system of residents,and the medical ethics education and evaluation practice of residents.
