摘要
目的了解南京某三甲医院住院医师的心理健康状况,分析可能原因,探讨干预对策,为促进住院医师的心理健康提供科学依据。方法采用现场发放调查问卷的形式对2019年—2021年在南京医科大学附属江宁医院接受住院医师规范化培训的118名住院医师进行心理健康状况调查,使用的问卷为症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果住院医师SCL-90评分提示可能存在心理健康问题的人数为62名(52.54%),其中强迫症状、抑郁、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐惧、敌对、精神病性因子评分高于全国常模(均P<0.05),男女SCL-90各因子得分的比较,差异无统计学意义。结论住院医师的心理健康水平普遍偏低,在应对措施上需要实施双导师制度,个体化布置学习及工作任务,设立多种心理疏导渠道,加强住院医师对心理健康的重视程度,提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of residents in standardized training in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital in Nanjing,analyze the possible causes,explore the intervention strategies,and provide scientific basis for promoting the mental health of residents.Methods 118 residents who received standardized residency training in Jiangning Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from 2019 to 2021 were investigated on their mental health by means of questionnaires distributed on the spot.The main questionnaire used was the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The number of residents with possible mental health problems indicated by SCL-90 scores was 62(52.54%).Among them,the scores of obsessive compulsive symptoms,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,fear,hostility,and psychotic factors were higher than the national norm(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health level of resident doctors is generally low.This hospital need to implement the double tutor system,assign learning and work tasks individually,set up multiple psychological counseling channels,strengthen the importance of regular training physicians on mental health,and improve their mental health level.
