摘要
近年来,内蒙古自治区大气污染呈现出明显的季节性,夏季臭氧污染严重。内蒙古自治区以能源工业、冶金建材工业、石油化工业、装备工业作为主导产业,导致内蒙古自治区臭氧污染与VOCs排放高度相关。对此,本文通过采取体检式评估与VOCs绩效评价2种方式,为内蒙古自治区制定对于VOCs常态化管控方案,进一步降低VOCs排放,改善内蒙古自治区的臭氧污染。
In recent years,the air pollution in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shows obvious seasonality,and the ozone pollution is serious in summer.The energy industry,metallurgical building materials industry,petrochemical industry and equipment industry are the leading industries in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,resulting in a high correlation between ozone pollution and VOCs emissions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In this regard,this study adopted health check evaluation and VOCs performance evaluation to develop a routine control plan for VOCs,further reducing VOCs emissions and improving ozone pollution.
