摘要
目的分析达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法抽取2020年3月至2022年3月安阳市中医院收治的功能性消化不良患者106例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组53例。对照组采用伊托必利治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用达立通颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、症状评分、胃排空率、肠排空率、胃肠激素水平、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果研究组总有效率(98.11%,52/53)高于对照组(75.47%,40/53),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组嗳气、腹痛、腹胀评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组胃排空率、肠排空率[(56.34±2.85)%、(92.19±3.12)%]高于对照组[(34.71±1.65)%、(84.23±2.47)%],P<0.05。治疗后,研究组胃动素高于对照组,胃泌素低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(3.77%,2/53)与对照组(7.55%,4/53)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组复发率(3.85%,2/52)低于对照组(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05。结论达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良患者可调节胃肠激素水平,促进胃肠排空,改善临床症状,并可降低复发率,临床效果和安全性良好。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Dalitong granules on functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 106 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with itopride,and the study group was treated with Dalitong granules based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,symptom score,gastric emptying rate,intestinal emptying rate,level of gastrointestinal hormones,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(98.11%,52/53)was higher than that of the control group(75.47%,40/53),P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of belching,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate and intestinal emptying rate in the study group were(56.34±2.85)%and(92.19±3.12)%,higher than the(34.71±1.65)%and(84.23±2.47)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and gastrin was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(3.77%,2/53)and the control group(7.55%,4/53),P>0.05.The recurrence rate of the study group(3.85%,2/52)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05.Conclusions Dalitong granules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,promote gastrointestinal emptying,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate,with good clinical effect and safety.
