摘要
目的:观察治伤胶囊联合常规疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:选取86例急性踝关节扭伤患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组46例和对照组40例。2组均给予踝关节扭伤的常规处理,对照组采用物理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予治伤胶囊口服。2组均以5 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后临床症状评分,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,观察2组症状缓解时间和功能恢复时间。结果:观察组总有效率为100%,高于对照组90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2疼痛、瘀斑、肿胀和功能障碍评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组疼痛、瘀斑、肿胀和功能障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组静息疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),功能恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治伤胶囊联合常规疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤,能够在短时间内消除患者的疼痛和肿胀,效果确切且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhishang Capsules combined with conventional therapy on acute ankle sprain.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute ankle sprain were selected and divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The two groups were given routine treatment of ankle sprain.The control group was given physical therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Zhishang Capsules orally based on the treatment of the control group.With 5 days as a course of treatment,the two groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated,and the clinical symptom scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain degree,and the symptom relief time and functional recovery time in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 100%in the observation group,higher than that of 90.00%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,ecchymosis,swelling and dysfunction were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of resting pain relief and swelling relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the time of functional recovery was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhishang Capsules combined with conventional therapy for acute ankle sprain can eliminate the pain and swelling of patients in a short time,with accurate effect and good safety.
