摘要
目的探讨全生命周期管理在妇幼保健院医疗设备管理优化中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年12月医院临床在用的1340台5类医疗设备,根据管理方式不同分为对照组(670台)和观察组(670台)。对照组采取传统管理模式,观察组采取全生命周期管理模式。比较两组设备运行质量、年度维修费用占比、运行成本及设备效能。结果观察组设备开机率、功能完好率高于对照组,年度维修费用占比低于对照组,运行成本低于对照组,成本效益高于对照组,设备效能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全生命周期管理可优化医院医疗设备管理,提高设备开机率与功能完好率,减少维修费用,控制运行成本,提升设备效能。
Objective To explore the application effect of the whole life cycle management in the medical equipment management optimization of maternal and child health hospital.Methods With selection of 1340 units with 5 types of medical equipment in clinical use at Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,the devices were divided into a control group(670 units)and an observation group(670 units)based on different management methods.With the adoption of traditional management mode in the control group and full lifecycle management mode in the observation group,the operating quality,annual maintenance cost proportion,operating cost,and equipment efficiency of the two groups of equipment were compared.Results The equipment startup rate and functional integrity rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the proportion of annual maintenance costs was lower than that of the control group.In addition,the operating cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the cost-effectiveness was higher than that of the control group,and the equipment efficiency was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Full lifecycle management can optimize the management of medical equipment in maternal and child health centers,improve equipment startup and functional integrity rates,reduce maintenance costs,control operating costs,and improve equipment efficiency.
