摘要
针对输送带纵向撕裂问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的双目视觉检测方法。利用Python语言设计了基于OpenCV库的图像处理方法。通过对图像进行预处理,得到了图像的算子处理结果,并对其进行了轮廓检测,最后实现撕裂报警。该方法不仅可以对输送带纵向撕裂进行实时监测,而且可以大幅度提高检测的准确度和可信度,为企业的安全生产提供了可靠的在线实时监测手段。
Longitudinal tearing of conveyor belt is a frequently encountered problem in the production of industrial enterprises,for this problem,this paper proposes a binocular vision detection method based on machine vision.An image processing method based on OpenCV library is designed using Python language.By preprocessing the image,the operator processing results of the image were obtained,and the contour detection was carried out,and finally the tear alarm was realized.This method can not only monitor the longitudinal tearing of the conveyor belt in real time,but also greatly improve the accuracy and credibility of the detection,which provides a reliable online real-time monitoring means for the safe production of the enterprise.
