摘要
通过对制动器系统硬件选型及合理设计,并与MATLAB平台相结合,搭建系统界面,最终完成了监测系统软件设计,该冶金起重机制动器健康监测系统不仅可以实现对多维数据的采集,还可以对应力数据进行在线分析,从而实现实时在线健康监测,并且分析结果稳定可靠。通过在某工业企业对该冶金起重机监测系统的应用,发现可以使检修周期比以前延长50%,使以前故障频发配件周期提升30%计算,每年可以节约检修费用29万元,配件费用92万元,总计每年综合节约费用121万元。
Through the brake system hardware selection and reasonable design,and combined with the MATLAB platform,build the system interface,and finally completed the monitoring system software design,the metallurgical crane brake health monitoring system can not only achieve the acquisition of multi-dimensional data,but also online analysis of the stress data,so as to achieve real-time on-line health monitoring,and the results of the analysis is stable and reliable.Through the application of the metallurgical crane monitoring system in an industrial enterprise,it is found that it can extend the maintenance cycle by 50% compared with the previous one,and enhance the cycle of the previous fault-frequent parts by 30%,which can save maintenance costs of RMB 290,000 yuan per year,and spare parts costs of RMB 920,000 yuan,for a total of RMB 1.21 million yuan per year in comprehensive cost savings.
