摘要
文章分析了冷轧C19400铜合金板带残余应力与材料内部微观组织之间的关系,通过SEM、EDS、EBSD、XRD等实验方法研究了基体及析出相的组织结构。结果表明,冷轧C19400铜合金板带中Fe(C)及Fe(C、P)固溶体析出相与基体结合力较大,随着C、P元素含量的增高,析出相与基体结合力减弱,极易从基体中脱落,使内部孔隙率增加,板带内部残余应力增加。通过控制C、P、Fe元素的含量,改善材料微观组织,可以降低板带内部残余应力,提高产品性能。
The relationship between microstructure and residual stress of C19400 cold rolled copper strip is analyzed.The microstructure of matrix and precipitated phase is studied by SEM,EDS,EBSD and XRD.The results show that the precipitation of Fe(C)and Fe(C,P)solid solution in the cold rolled C19400 copper alloy strip has a large bonding force with the matrix.With the increase of the content of C and P elements,the precipitation and the matrix are weaked,and it is easy to fall off from the matrix,which increases the internal porosity and the residual stress in the strip.By controlling the content of C,P and Fe elements and improving the microstructure of the material,the residual stress inside the strip can be reduced and the performance of the product can be improved.
