摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理在放射影像科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选择2019年9月—2021年10月烟台市烟台山医院放射影像科护理人员36名为研究对象,按照六西格玛管理实施前(2019年9月—2020年9月)、实施后(2020年10月—2021年10月),实施前后为同批次护理人员,对比护理不良事件、护士核心能力。结果实施后护理人员的护理不良事件低于实施前(25.00%vs 5.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理责任心、护患交流沟通能力、护理文书书写规范性、操作熟悉程度、处理医疗险情能力评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射影像科用六西格玛管理的效果显著,可有效提高科室护理质量、护士核心能力,可确保放射影像科工作的顺利进行。
Objective To explore the value of Six Sigma management in the management of nursing care in a radiologic imaging department.Methods From September 2019 to October 2021,36 nursing staff in the radiology department of Yantaishan Hospital of Yantai City were selected as the research objects.Before the implementation of six sigma management(September 2019 to September 2020)and after the implementation(October 2020 to October 2021),the same batch of nursing staff were selected before and after the implementation,and the nursing adverse events and core competence of nurses were compared.Results The nursing adverse events of nursing staff after implementation were lower than those before implementation(25.00%vs 5.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of nursing responsibility,nurse-patient communication ability,normative writing of nursing documents,familiarity with operation,and ability to deal with medical risks were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of management with Six Sigma in radiography department is remarkable,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing care in the department,core competence of nurses,and can ensure the smooth operation of radiography department.
