摘要
中国冰壶队在世界大赛上的成绩长期起伏不定,由此对冰壶项目的制胜因素进行研究,可以加深我们对冰壶项目特点和规律的认识。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、层级分析法和数理统计法,对冰壶项目的制胜因素进行定性和定量分析。得出影响冰壶项目的制胜因素权重依次为:运动员竞技能力(0.4018)、教练员业务能力(0.2010),队伍管理能力(0.1634)、保障支持力度(0.1340)、不确定因素(0.1002)。建议今后冰壶项目备战的核心方向和主要精力应围绕保障运动员和教练员来开展;在影响成绩的核心因素方面,对运动员技能和战术的培养尤为重要,教练员必须坚持执教能力和执教经验并重;在影响成绩的基本因素方面,管理经验和管理理念同样重要,医疗保障和科技助力意义突出,研判对手的实力至关重要,不用刻意强调适应场地训练。
The Chinese curling team's performance in the World Championships has been fluctuating for a long time.Studying the winning factors of curling events can deepen our understanding of the characteristics and laws of curling events.This paper has conducted the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the winning factors of curling by using the method of literature review,expert interviews,Delphi,hierarchical analysis,and mathematical statistics.It shows that the weights of the winning factors affecting the curling event were obtained as follows:athletes'competitive ability(0.4018),coaches'professional ability(0.2010),team management ability(0.1634),guarantee support(0.1340),and uncertainty factors(0.1002).It is suggested that the core direction and main energy of the future curling event preparation should be carried out around ensuring athletes and coaches;in the terms of the core factors affecting the performance,the cultivation of athletes'skills and tactics is particularly important,and coaches must insist on the equal importance of the coaching ability and coaching experience;in the aspect of the basic factors affecting the performance,the management experience and the management concept are equally important;medical security and technological assistance are of great significance.It is crucial to assess the strength of opponents,there is no need to deliberately emphasize adapting to venue training.
