术中示范教学结合案例教学法在运动医学住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨术中示范教学联合案例教学法(CBL)教学模式在运动医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月在遵义医科大学附属医院骨科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名医师作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各30人。对照组采用传统CBL教学法,试验组采用术中示范教学联合CBL教学法。比较两组规范化培训住院医师的理论成绩和技能成绩、教学内容掌握度及教学方法满意度评分,评估两种教学方法的教学效果。结果试验组的理论成绩、技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的教学内容掌握度及教学方法满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中示范教学联合CBL教学法能够提高运动医学规培医师的理论和技能成绩,可以使规培医师对教学内容有较好的掌握度,对该教学方法具有很高的满意度。理论结合技能培训的术中示范教学联合CBL教学模式是一种可值得推荐的教学方法。 Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative demonstration teaching combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching model in the standardized training of sports medicine residents.Methods A total of 60 residents who underwent standardized training in the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 people in each group.The control group adopted traditional CBL teaching method,while the experimental group adopted intraoperative demonstration teaching combined with CBL teaching method.The theoretical and skill scores,mastery of teaching content and satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups,and the teaching effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results The theoretical scores and skill scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching content mastery and satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraoperative demonstration teaching combined with CBL teaching method can improve the theoretical and skill scores of the standardized training doctors in sports medicine,make the standardized training doctors have a better grasp of the teaching content,and have a high satisfaction with the teaching method.The intraoperative demonstration teaching combined with CBL teaching mode of theory combined with skill training is a teaching method worthy of recommendation.
