摘要
目的探讨案例中心教学法结合客观结构化考试在内科实习生中的应用效果。方法2019年9月—2022年6月,选择在昆明医科大学第一附属医院内科实习的临床医学专业94名实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组使用案例中心教学法,观察组使用案例中心教学法结合客观结构化考试。比较两组实习生入科和出科时临床理论考试成绩和内科学习情况,分析观察组实习生对案例中心教学法结合客观结构化考试教学模式的评价。结果出科时两组实习生临床理论考试成绩均有所提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组44名实习生中,90.90%实习生认为采取案例中心教学法结合客观结构化考试教学模式更能提高学习兴趣;95.45%实习生认为可提升班级学习气氛;97.77%实习生认为此教学模式可推广;100%实习生认为在内科临床教学工作中能发挥积极的实质性作用;100%实习生对教师利用此模式教学满意。观察组实习生在临床操作能力、学习兴趣、自学水平、学习主动性、临床问题解析能力5个方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例中心教学法和客观结构化考试在内科实习生中具有良好的教学效果,有利于提高学生实践及操作能力,提高学习积极性。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-centered teaching method combined with objective structured examination in internal medicine interns.Methods From September 2019 to June 2022,94 interns of clinical medicine in the internal medicine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47)by random number table method.The control group used the case-centered teaching method,and the observation group used the case-centered teaching method combined with the objective structured examination.The results of clinical theory examination and internal medicine learning were compared between the two groups of interns,and the evaluation of the interns in the observation group on the combination of case-centered teaching method and objective structured clinical examination teaching mode was analyzed.Results At the time of graduation,the clinical theory exam scores of both groups of interns improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the 44 interns in the observation group,90.90%of the interns believed that adopting a case centered teaching method combined with objective structured clinical examination teaching mode can better enhance learning interest,95.45%of the interns believed it can improve the classroom learning atmosphere,97.77%of the interns believed it can promote this teaching mode,100%of the interns believed it can play a positive and substantive role in internal medicine clinical teaching work,and 100%interns were satisfied with teachers using this teaching mode.The interns in the observation group scored higher than the control group in five aspects:clinical operational ability,learning interest,self-learning level,learning initiative,and clinical problem-solving ability,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Casecentered teaching method and objective structured examination have good teaching effect in internal medicine interns,which is conducive to improving students'practical and operational ability and improving their learning enthusiasm.
