摘要
为充分发挥工业机器人喷涂技术的作用,应将PLC技术应用到机器人控制中。本文首先分析了PLC技术应用到工业机器人喷涂控制中的优势,其次阐明了PLC技术中存在的问题,最后提出了基于PLC控制的机器人喷涂技术集成和应用的具体策略,以此为相关人员提供实践参考。
In order to fully leverage the role of industrial robot spraying technology,PLC tech nology should be applied to robot control.This article first analyzes the advantages of PLC tech nology applied to industrial robot spraying control,then analyzes the problems in PLC technol ogy,and finally proposes specific strategies for the integration and application of robot spraying technology based on PLC control,providing practical reference for relevant personnel.
