摘要
档案是一种综合性的记录,在各个领域中都发挥着极其重要的作用,同时具有不可再生性,一旦出现丢失或受损问题会造成无法挽回的后果,因此需要做好档案的管理工作,减少相关的安全风险。档案的保护一方面要基于档案制成材料尽量延长其寿命,另一方面要做好防治措施,避免水火侵袭或人为性因素对档案产生负面影响,在档案工程的建设发展中,越发重视智能化系统在管理中的应用,为档案业的可持续性发展提供了有力支持。
Archives are a comprehensive record that plays an extremely important role in various fields and is non renewable.Once lost or damaged,irreparable consequences can occur.Therefore,it is necessary to manage archives well to reduce related security risks.On the one hand,the protection of archives should be based on the use of materials made from archives to extend their lifespan as much as possible,and on the other hand,prevention and control measures should be taken to avoid the negative impact of water,fire or human factors on archives.In the construction and development of archives engineering,more attention should be paid to the application of intelligent systems in management,providing strong support for the sustainable development of the archives industry.
