摘要
随着我国城市化建设进程日益加快,工程渣土处置问题已经受到越来越广泛的关注。近年来,工程渣土资源化处置项目也陆续开展,其中工程渣土的泥砂分离通常是最前端步骤,也是最常见的产业化形式。本文收集了现有报道中的工程案例信息,对工程渣土处置生产线所采用的泥砂分离工艺和设备进行了分类整理。分析了不同工程渣土适用的处置工艺,对比了具有可替换性的设备。研究结论可为后续工程渣土处置工艺提供初步建议,为生产线的设备选型提供指导意见。
With the acceleration of China's urbanization construction process,the problem of engineering residue disposal has received widespread attention,and engineering residue resource disposal projects have been carried out one after another,among which mud and sand separation of engineering residue is usually the most front-end step and the most common form of industrialization.In this paper,information of engineering cases in existing reports is collected,and the mud and sand separation process and equipment used in the engineering residue disposal production line are classified and organized.The applicable disposal processes for different engineering residues are analyzed and the equipment with interchangeability is compared.The findings of the study can provide preliminary suggestions for the subsequent engineering sludge disposal process and guidance for the equipment selection of the production line.
