摘要
实践基地是高校师范类专业开展实践教学、培养师范生实践能力的重要支撑和保障。在师范类专业认证背景下,对目前校外实践基地“如何准入与退出、如何建设与管理、如何监督与评价”方面存在的问题进行分析,探索“建好-用好-评好”的实践基地建设路径。这一路径的三个方面是相互联系的整体,“建好”是为了“用好”,“用好”需要“评好”,“评好”是为了进一步“建好”。提出师范类专业校外实践基地“一看二撰三讲四顶”的应用体系,形成校外实践基地建设的体系架构,为有效开展师范类专业校外实践基地建设提供参考。
Off-campus practicum bases play a crucial role as a fundamental support and guarantee for practical teaching and the cultivation of practical skills in teacher education programs at universities.This study,within the context of accreditation of teacher education programs,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the existing challenges associated with the"admission and withdrawal procedures,construction and management strategies,as well as supervision and evaluation methodologies"pertaining to off-campus practicum bases.The objective is to explore an integrated construction path for these bases,characterized by the interdependence of three essential aspects:establishment,utilization,and evaluation.The"establishment"phase is undertaken with the ultimate aim of facilitating"effective utilization",while the successful"utilization"of these bases necessitates proper"evaluation"mechanisms.Conversely,"evaluation"processes serve as a means to further enhance the"establishment"phase.Moreover,this research proposes an application system encompassing"observation,documentation,presentation,and internship"for off-campus practicum bases in teacher education programs,thereby establishing a systematic framework for their construction.In conclusion,this paper offers valuable insights and a solid reference for the effective implementation of off-campus practicum bases in teacher education programs.
