摘要
目的分析纤维支气管镜治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月无锡市儿童医院收治的90例患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用甲泼尼龙方案治疗,观察组采用纤维支气管镜方案治疗。观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果、病症持续时间、临床指标及炎性指标水平。结果观察组总有效率(95.56%)优于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽和发热持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳酸脱氢酶和D-二聚体指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎采用纤维支气管镜治疗方案,不仅有较高的临床疗效,而且起效快,病症持续时间短,各临床指标归转积极,炎症反应减轻,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 90 children admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone regimen,while the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy regimen.Observed the clinical treatment effect,duration of symptoms,clinical indicators,and inflammatory index levels of the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.56%)was better than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).The duration of cough and fever in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Lactate dehy-drogenase and d-dimer indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is used to treat refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.It not only has high clinical efficacy,but also has quick onset of effect,short duration of symptoms,positive results in various clinical indicators,and reduced inflammatory response,making it worthy of application.
