摘要
目的探讨在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗的过程中,选择人工膝关节置换术的价值及安全性。方法选取2020年1月—2022年4月在平度市人民医院确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎的98例患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组49例。对照组实施单踝置换术,观察组实施人工膝关节置换术治疗。统计治疗后两组临床疗效及并发症发生率,并就治疗后两组患者围术期指标、膝关节功能及活动度进行评价。结果观察组临床疗效(95.92%)高于对照组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.017,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术后下地时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、活动范围及关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中选择人工膝关节置换术可明显改善患者膝关节功能,在提高关节活动度的同时,缩短其康复所需时间,继而改善整体预后效果。
Objective To explore the value and safety of choosing artificial knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ninety-eight patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in Pingdu People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group underwent single ankle replacement and the observation group underwent artificial knee replacement.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups after treatment were analyzed,and perioperative indexes,knee function and mobility of the two groups were evaluated.Results The clinical effect in observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in control group(81.63%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.017,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain,range of motion and joint motion of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the choice of artificial knee replacement can significantly improve the knee function of patients,improve the range of joint motion,shorten the time required for rehabilitation,and then improve the overall prognosis.
