摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预对支气管肺炎患者的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年10月—2022年10月新沂市中医医院收治的70例支气管肺炎患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=35,常规护理)和研究组(n=35,集束化护理)。对比两组遵医行为评分、护理满意度、负性情绪评分。结果研究组遵医嘱生活、配合治疗、定期复查以及规律休息评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率为94.29%,较对照组的74.29%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(Hamilton Depression Scale-17,HAMD-17)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(Hamilton Anxiety Scale-14,HAMA-14)评分为(9.85±2.11)分、(13.02±2.99)分,均较对照组的(12.36±2.99)分、(17.49±2.49)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.058、6.796,P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预支气管肺炎患者,能明显改善遵医行为,减轻负性情绪,提升护理满意度,促进病情康复。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on patients with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 70 patients with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=35,routine care)and study group(n=35,cluster care)by random number table method.The scores of compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of living according to doctor′s advice,cooperating with treatment,regular review and regular rest in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.29%,higher than that of the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).After the intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale-17(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale-14(HAMA-14)scores of the study group were(9.85±2.11)points,(13.02±2.99)points were lower than those of the control group(12.36±2.99)points,(17.49±2.49)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.058,6.796,P<0.05).Conclusion Bundle nursing intervention in patients with bronchial pneumonia can significantly improve medical compliance behavior,reduce negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,and promote recovery.
