摘要
文章确定影响车间设施布局的因素时引入经济性、便利性、安全性和环境适宜性作为一级评价指标,构建了车间设施布局方案评价指标体系,共4个一级指标,11个二级指标,并运用层次分析法根据相关专家的综合打分,计算各指标权重。通过指标体系评估可以很好地鉴别改进方案的优劣势,帮助管理者结合车间现状全面综合考虑车间设施布局问题。
When determining the factors which affect the layout of workshop facilities,the article introduces the economy,convenience,safety and environmental suitability as the first-level evaluation indicators,constructs the evaluation index system of workshop facility layout scheme,including 4 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators,and calculates the weight of each indicator according to the comprehensive scores of relevant experts by using the analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation of the indicator system can well identify the advantages and disadvantages of the improvement plan,and help managers comprehensively consider the layout of workshop facilities in combination with the current situation of the workshop.
