摘要
目的:探讨中频电疗联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫肩关节半脱位的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月西岗社区卫生服务中心收治的脑卒中偏瘫肩关节半脱位患者50例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各25例。对照组实施康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施中频电疗。比较两组运动功能、日常生活能力、疼痛程度、肩关节脱位程度、复位情况。结果:治疗前,两组运动功能、日常生活能力、疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组运动功能、日常生活能力评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组脱位率低于对照组,复位成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中频电疗联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫肩关节半脱位的临床效果显著,有利于恢复患者的运动功能与日常生活能力,减轻疼痛,改善肩关节脱位程度,提高复位成功率。
Objective:To explore the effect of medium frequency electrotherapy combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of hemiplegic shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hemiplegic shoulder subluxation after stroke treated in Xigang Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received medium frequency electrotherapy on basis of control group.Motor function,daily living ability,pain degree,degree of shoulder joint luxation and reduction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in motor function,daily living ability and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function and daily living ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After treatment,reduction success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the luxation rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medium frequency electrotherapy and rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder subluxation after stroke has remarkable clinical effect,which is conducive to restoring the patient's motor function and daily living ability,alleviating pain,improving the degree of shoulder joint luxation,and increasing the success rate of reduction.
