摘要
目的:调查298名在职护士足部真菌感染情况,分析感染原因。方法:选取2022年6—12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院的298例在职护士作为研究对象,进行真菌学检查以及问卷调查,统计护士足部真菌感染情况。结果:298名护士发生足部真菌感染123例,感染率为41.3%,其中甲癣61例(49.6%),足癣51例(41.5%),甲癣合并足癣11例(8.9%)。123名足部真菌感染护士中,30~39岁护士感染率最高,为46.3%(57/123),其余按感染率从高到低依次为20~29岁、40~49岁、≥50岁。123名足部真菌感染护士中,工龄7个月~10年护士感染率最高,为64.2%(79/123),其余按感染率从高到低依次为11~20年、21~30年、>30年。123名足部真菌感染护士中,内科护士感染率最高,为62.6%(77/123),其余按感染率从高到低依次为外科、急诊科、供应室、被服中心和妇产科(被服中心和妇产科护士感染率均为1.6%)。123名护士中有111名护士(90.2%)认为工作大量走动致足部潮湿是足部真菌感染的原因,其余包括护士鞋不透气、护士鞋袜更换不勤、袜子不透气、同事间混穿护士鞋、其他。结论:护士足部真菌感染发病率较高,应引起临床重视,针对感染原因积极采取预防及自我护理措施。
Objective:To investigate the foot fungal infection of 298 in-service nurses and analyze the causes of infection.Methods:From June 2022 to December 2022,298 in-service nurses of Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the study subjects.They received mycological examinations and questionnaire surveys.The foot fungal infection of nurses was counted.Results:Among 298 nurses,123 nurses had foot fungal infection,with an infection rate of 41.3%,including 61 cases(49.6%)of onychomycosis,51 cases(41.5%)of tinea pedis,and 11 cases(8.9%)of onychomycosis combined with tinea pedis.Among the 123 nurses with foot fungal infection,nurses aged 30-39 years had the highest infection rate,accounting for 46.3%(57/123),and the resting nurses were ranked by the descending order of infection rate as follows:20-29 years old,40-49 years old and≥50 years old.Among the 123 nurses with foot fungal infection,nurses with a length of service for 7 months to 10 years had the highest infection rate,accounting for 64.2%(79/123),and the rest nurses were ranked by the descending order of infection rate as follows:11-20 years,21-30 years,and>30 years.Among the 123 nurses with foot fungal infection,nurses of internal medicine department had the highest infection rate,accounting for 62.6%(77/123),and the resting nurses were ranked by the descending order of infection rate as follows:surgery department,emergency department,linen supply room,bedding and clothing center,and obstetrics and gynecology department(the infection rate of nurses in the bedding and clothing center and the obstetrics and gynecology department was 1.6%).Among the 123 nurses,111 nurses(90.2%)believed that foot moisture,caused by a lot of movements during work,was the cause of foot fungal infection,the resting causes included impervious shoes,infrequent change of nurses'shoes and socks,impervious socks,shared shoes among nurses,and others.Conclusion:The incidence of foot fungal infection in nurses is high,which should attract clinical attention,and actively take preventive and self-care measures for the cause of infection.
