摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚氧化丙烯三醇和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料制备了聚氨酯预聚体,将其改性后合成了体育器械用聚氨酯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,考察了聚氨酯改性环氧树脂添加量对胶粘剂体系剪切强度、拉伸强度、压缩强度、伸长率和冲击强度的影响。结果表明:预聚氨酯预聚体对环氧树脂改性成功,形成了交联网状结构。剪切强度先减小后增大,伸长率、冲击强度先增加后减小,拉伸弹性模量先增大后减小,在聚氨酯改性环氧树脂添加量为50%时拉伸弹性模量和冲击强度最大值,且具有较高的伸长率。
The polyurethane prepolymer was prepared with propylene oxide glycol,propylene oxide triol and 2,4-toluene diisocyanate as raw materials,and the polyurethane modified epoxy resin adhesive for sports equipment was synthesized after its modification.The effects of the amount of polyurethane modified epoxy resin on the shear strength,tensile strength,compressive strength,elongation and impact strength of the adhesive system were investigated.The results showed that the epoxy resin was successfully modified by prepolymer of polyurethane,and a cross-linked network structure was formed.With the increase of the amount of polyurethane modified epoxy resin,the shear strength first increase and then decrease,the elongation and impact strength of the colloid first increase and then decrease,and the tensile modulus of elasticity first increase and then decrease.When the amount of polyurethane modified epoxy resin is 50%,the tensile modulus of elasticity and impact strength reach the maximum value,and have a high elongation.
