摘要
随着我国近年来禁牧舍饲政策的实施,畜牧业对天然青干草的需求量不断增加,但干草产品的品质和利用率较低的问题严重制约我国畜牧业的健康发展。文章综述了国内外天然青干草的应用现状,总结了在调制和贮藏过程中影响干草品质的主要因素和处理方式,为天然青干草品质的改善提供了参考,对天然青干草加工利用的发展方向作出了展望,对提高天然牧草资源利用率和保障我国饲草战略储备具有重要意义。
With the implementation of'Forbid breed to stall feed'policy in China in recent years,the demand for natural green hay in livestock industry has been increasing,but the problems of low quality and utilization rate of hay products seriously restrict the healthy development of livestock industry in China.The paper reviews the application status of natural green hay at home and abroad,summarizes the main factors and treatment methods that affect the quality of hay in the process of modulation and storage,provides a reference for the improvement of quality and efficiency of natural green hay,and gives an outlook on the development direction of natural green hay processing and utilization,which has great significance for improving the utilization rate of natural pasture resources and securing strategic reserves of forage in China.
