摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理对精神分裂症患者负性情绪、自我认知及治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年1月医院收治的精神分裂症患者200例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人文关怀护理,比较两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)评分、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和治疗依从性。结果 护理干预前,两组患者HAMD和HAMA、SPBS、CD-RISC、PANSS评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA、SPBS、PANSS评分均降低,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CD-RISC各维度评分和治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者接受人文关怀护理干预,能让患者保持良好情绪和正确的自我认识,进而提升疾病诊治和护理配合度,利于疾病康复。
Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care nursing on negative emotions,self-perception and treatment adherence of schizophrenia patients.Methods 200 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparability of the basic characteristics between the groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received humanistic nursing care,to compare the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Psychological Resilience Inventory in Chinese(CD-RISC)scores,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)scores,Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)scores,and treatment adherence in the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before nursing intervention,the comparison of HAMD and HAMA,SPBS,CD-RISC,and PANSS scores between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the HAMD,HAMA,SPBS and PANSS scores of the two groups of patients were reduced,but the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),the scores of the dimensions of the CD-RISC and the rate of adherence to treatment of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention for schizophrenia patients could help patients maintain positive mood and self-awareness,and then improve the degree of cooperation in diagnosis and treatment and nursing care,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
