Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on cloud service on recurrent respiratory tract infection secondary to Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods:A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were discharged from our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine follow-up management, and the observation group was given continuous care based on cloud services. Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of knowledge-belief-behavior and quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,it was higher than before nursing in each group, and the observation group was higher than the control group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05);the secondary and recurrent respiratory tract infection rate of children in the observation group was 5.00%,which was 12.50%lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on cloud service can help improve the knowledge-belief-behavior level and quality of life of family members of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, and reduce the rate of secondary recurrent respiratory tract infection.
