基于“金水相生”理论探讨“肺生血”与特发性肺纤维化的效应机制 被引量:8

Effect mechanism of‘lung generates blood’in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory‘mutual generation between metal and water’

摘要 特发性肺纤维化(IPF)病因尚未明确,治疗手段有限,具有严重致命性,现已成为广受关注的公共卫生问题。“肺生血”是指肺脏具有促进血液化生、推动血液输布的功能。“金水相生”理论认为,肺金与肾水生理上相生互滋,病理上相互影响。文章从“金水相生”角度出发,以肺、肾二脏和气、血、水三者为介,阐述“肺生血”功能的理论内涵。结合中医学和现代医学研究进展,从IPF发病机制和方药治疗效应两个方面展开论述,以肺肾相关的病机观与治疗观为切入点,揭示“肺生血”与IPF的效应机制,以期为IPF辨证施治提供新思路,为遣方用药提供新依据。 Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)has become a public health problem of widespread concern because of its unclear etiology,limited treatment methods and serious lethality.‘Lung generates blood’refers to the function of the lungs in promoting blood generation and circulation.The theory of'mutual generation between metal and water'suggests that lung and kidney nourish each other physiologically and influence each other pathologically.From the theory of'mutual generation between metal and water',the connotation of lung generates blood'is elaborated by the lungs and kidneys with their regulation in qi,blood,and water.Based on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,this article discussed the pathogenesis and the therapeutic effect of prescription for IPF.With the connection between lungs and kidneys in pathogenesis and therapeutic view as the breakthrough point,we revealed the effect mechanism between‘lung generates blood’and IPF to provide new ideas for the treatment of IPF based on syndrome differentiation and provide a new basis for dispatching prescriptions anddrugs.
