摘要
目的:探究脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者采取穴位按摩联合吞咽治疗仪治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月南京市高淳中医院收治的124例脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者作为研究对象,以电脑随机数表法将其分为联合治疗组和单一治疗组,各62例。单一治疗组予以吞咽治疗仪治疗,联合治疗组予以穴位按摩联合吞咽治疗仪治疗。两组均于治疗前及治疗8周后评估吞咽功能量表(SSA)评分、吞咽障碍程度[标准化吞钡造影功能障碍评价量表(MBSImP)评分]及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组SSA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组SSA评分较治疗前均降低,且联合治疗组低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组MBSImP评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组MBSImP评分较治疗前均降低,且联合治疗组低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组并发症发生率为9.68%,单一治疗组为8.06%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者,能有效改善吞咽功能,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 124 patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction who admitted to Nanjing Gaochun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the combined treatment group and the single treatment group by computer random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with swallowing therapeutic apparatus,and the combined treatment group was treated with acupoint massage combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus.The swallowing function scale(SSA)score,dysphagia degree[modified barium swallow impairment profile(MBSImP)score]before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment and complications were evaluated in two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SSA score between two groups(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the SSA scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MBSImP score between two groups(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the MBSImP scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined treatment group was 9.68%,and that in the single treatment group was 8.06%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with swallowing dysfunction after cerebral infarction can improve the swallowing function,and has good safety.
