摘要
高素质产业工人是实施制造业强国的有生力量,是创新驱动发展的骨干力量,随着产业升级与迭代发展,原有产业工人的数量与技能水平都已无法满足新兴变革产业的需要,高职教育作为产业工人培育的主要力量,急需变革传统育人模式,培育适配产业动态发展的高素质产业工人。本文在深入剖析高职教育培育产业工人现状基础上,提出构建“政、校、企、行”多元协同育人机制、“产学研用赛”协同育人平台、“师资双元”人才培育体系、“专创、产教”双融合通道,助推高职教育赋能优秀产业工人的培育。
High-quality industrial workers are the implementation of manufacturing power of the living force,is the backbone of innovation-driven development,with industrial upgrading and iterative development,the number and skill level of the original industrial workers can no longer meet the needs of emerging transformation industries,higher vocational education as the main force of industrial worker cultivation,urgently need to change the traditional education model,cultivate high-quality industrial workers adapted to the dynamic development of the industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of industrial workers cultivated by higher vocational education,this paper proposes to build a diversified collaborative education mechanism of"government,school,enterprise and industry",a collaborative education platform of"industry-university-research competition",and a dual integration channel of"special innovation and industry and education"to promote the cultivation of outstanding industrial workers empowered by higher vocational education.
