C型独立双体罐纵舱壁的骨架型式设计

摘要 在C型独立双体罐纵舱壁结构设计中,为了选择合适的骨架形式,基于理论方法分析横骨架式和纵骨架式两种骨架形式纵舱壁板架的受力特点,采用有限元方法分析对比两种骨架形式的应力分布及变形,结果表明,当纵舱壁设计为非水密舱壁时选用纵骨架式,在结构稳定性、结构重量、建造便利性等方面具有优势;当纵舱壁设计为水密舱壁时,两种骨架形式各有较明显利弊,对加强筋端部连接、真空环等关键区域的设计进行分析,提出改进方案。 To choose a reasonable frame type in the design of longitudinal bulkhead in the independent type C bi-lobe tank,the transverse frame type and longitudinal frame type of longitudinal bulkhead was studied.The mechanical characteristic of these two types of bulkheads were preliminarily analyzed based on theoretical formula,and the stress distribution and deformation were comparatively analyzed by finite element method.The results showed that the longitudinal type has advantages in structural stability,weight and construction convenience when the bulkhead is designed as non-watertight;but when the bulkhead is designed as watertight,both designs have their advantages and disadvantages.Besides,several critical areas such as end connection of frames and vacuums were investigated in detail to propose relevant improvement designs.
